Customers are supposed to pay before receiving the parcel due to security concerns.
Orders placed by 04:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped same day.
Orders received on sunday or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
During Sale days or promotions your orders may face a delay, but we will inform you if that happens.
Returns And Exchanges
Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable in any form.
Customer are advised not to accept any opened/damaged parcels and simply reject it at the time of delivery.
We will accept any unused, unwashed product with original packing within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
Customer needs to return the products via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
Parcel must be in its original condition, should not be damaged, use the same flyer or take the flyer from the courier company to send that parcel back to us.
Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after receiving the return products.
